If you have hundreds of products, manual entry is a waste of time. Use the importer instead.
Prepare your file
Your spreadsheet should have columns for name, SKU, unit, purchase price and selling price. Optional columns include HSN code, GST rate and opening stock.
Upload and map
Go to Products → Import, upload your file and map each column to the matching field. The preview shows you exactly what will be imported.
Review and import
Check for warnings (duplicate SKUs, missing names) and fix them, then confirm the import. Your products appear instantly and are available for sales and purchases.
