Terms of Service — Parashar Pravah

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Parashar Pravah website and platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

2. The service

Parashar Pravah provides business management features including inventory, sales, purchasing, accounting and reporting. We may add, change or remove features over time as the platform evolves. We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by:

attempting to access accounts or systems you are not authorised for;
using the service to store or transmit unlawful content;
reverse engineering or interfering with the platform; or
impersonating another person or entity.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, as chosen at checkout.
Plans may be upgraded, downgraded or cancelled at any time from your account.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Prices may change; we will give at least 30 days' notice before changes take effect.

5. Your data

You retain all rights to your business data. We use it solely to provide the service. You may export your data at any time. On account closure, data is retained for a reasonable period to allow retrieval, then deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-party services

The service may integrate with third-party tools (such as payment or email providers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their behaviour.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parashar Pravah shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, without prejudice to any other rights.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
