Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with Parashar Pravah. That's why every paid plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee.

1. The 14-day guarantee

If you purchase a paid plan and decide within 14 days that it isn't right for your business, contact us and we will refund your payment in full — no questions asked, no complicated forms.

2. How to request a refund

1. Email pravah@parasharinfotech.com from the email address on your account.
2. Include your account/company name and the plan you purchased.
3. Tell us briefly what didn't work — feedback helps us improve.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval and are returned via the original payment method.

3. After the guarantee period

After the first 14 days, we do not offer partial refunds for unused time on monthly plans. You may cancel at any time and you will keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

4. Annual plans

Annual plans are eligible for the same 14-day money-back guarantee. After that period, an annual subscription cancelled before its end date will not be partially refunded, but your access continues until the end of the paid year.

5. Non-refundable items

Refunds do not cover add-on services already delivered (such as completed data migration or dedicated onboarding) or charges from third parties (such as payment gateway fees) that we are unable to recover.

6. Account closure

Refunds are always processed after we confirm your account and billing records. You can export your data before closing your account — your data is never held hostage.
